Elm Sauna – Booking & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation and rescheduling policy works:

• Cancellations 48+ hours before your session
You may cancel your booking for a full refund excluding the booking fee if we receive your request at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

• Cancellations within 48 hours
Bookings canceled less than 48 hours before your start time are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking once as long as the change is made at least 48 hours before your session. Use the links provided in your original booking confirmation to make adjustments.

• No-shows
If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, we are unable to provide a refund or offer rescheduling.

• If we need to reschedule
In the rare case that weather or unforeseen issues require us to cancel or reschedule your session, we will contact you directly to arrange a new time or offer a full refund.
